I’m very happy to announce that I’ll be a Guest Artist at Mobicon XVIII this weekend in downtown Mobile, Alabama. Whether you’re a dedicated gorehound or just enjoy the occasional bump in the dark, stop by my table in the Artists Alley and check out my work. I’ll have large 13″ x 19″ prints for a mere $20, some “close out” 8″ x 10″ prints for only $5, and a wide array of original paintings as well as ink and charcoal drawings, all priced to sell. I’m also very happy to say that this will be the very first public display of my piece entitled Graveside Manner, which was painted back in 2007. It’s never been to a show because of its size, at 6 ft. tall and 4.5 ft. wide, but we’re bringing it this year so come check it out.
Finally, an update to this website! Check out the Gallery > Paintings for my latest pieces. I’m hoping to see numerous changes over the course of this year and will hopefully update much more frequently.
It’s been awhile since I updated the website! Look for brand new paintings and photos to show up in the Gallery very soon.
And recently I created this video to showcase a handful of books from The Compleat Witch’s (AKA The Satanic Witch) bibliography, check it out:

It’s been awhile since the last update, but here it is. I’ve added a new painting to the Gallery entitled “Claw Hammer.” Progress is being made on Predatory Moon – an independent werewolf film that will use practical FX – absolutely no CGI – and I’m very proud to be designing the beasts for this film. I cannot wait to see my creatures come to life! I’m also working on an album cover, but more on that later. The CoS Sigil of Baphomet Altarpieces are currently available, email baphomet (at) coffinrust (dot) com to order yours! And last but not least, I’m proud to say that the wheels are turning on the Compleat Witch Bibliography Project once again, be sure to visit the blog and the Facebook page to stay up-to-date on the progress. A few other irons are in the fire, but I’ll let them progress a little further before divulging them.
I’ve added a couple of new images to the Photography Gallery. They’re an homage to the Storyville district of New Orleans and the beautiful photography of E. J. Bellocq. The model was “Lunamorte Louise” and she was marvelous to work with.
And for those who’ve asked (yes, people really have asked and its very flattering!) we DO plan to go to DragonCon in Atlanta for 2013. We’re also mapping out possible other Cons and Art Shows to attend, so look out for news on all that soon.
And last but not least, I found a 2006 CoffinRust Halloween print, number 1 of 31, buried in some paperwork and have listed it on eBay – starting cheap, so don’t miss this very rare opportunity to own a little piece of Halloween history! Click HERE to place your bid.
