01.12.10

I'm very proud to share the first painting of 2010, entitled
Even Trade.  It is
my intent to do a full, complete, quality personal painting per month this year.
We'll see if I am able.

There are many exciting plans for 2010, stay tuned for updates.

9.10.09

Has it really been four months since I've updated this website?  I suppose so.
At least I have been busy, and that's a pretty good, albeit overused, excuse.

First of all we had a great time at DragonCon 2009 in Atlanta Georgia.  I was
honored to win the "Best Photography" award for
Bianca's Baphomet.  I
would like to give a very big thank you to those who bought prints, and a
very special thank you to the new owner of
Succor.

In other news, I will be retiring the
Sigil of Baphomet Atlarpieces soon.  These
have been available at
CoSEmporium.com for many years now, but the time
has come to move on to new things.  An official end date is in mind but has
not been announced yet; rest assured it will be before the year is over, so
order yours soon!

5.3.09

I will have art on display in the Mobicon XII Art Show, May 15-17th, in Mobile,
Alabama at the Ashbury Hotel.  Visit the
Mobicon website for more information
about the convention.  I will also have prints available in the print shop, and
my wife will also have pieces in the show and prints available as well.

4.19.09

It's getting to that time of the year where if you haven't gotten yourself a
copy of the Topless Witches Calendar, you're going to want to give yourself a
firm kick in the ass.  That's because my photo of
Miss May could be hanging
on your wall next month.  There's still time to order your copy, from
Lulu.com.

3.15.09

The CoffinRust Vault is officially open - click the link to see what treats await
those brave enough to take a peek.

3.9.09

So, it is March, already.  This year is certainly flying by.  I've added a couple of
new paintings to the Gallery, one entitled
Monster Mash, Indeed and the
other called
Succor.  The latter I actually painted last year, but decided on a
number of changes and finishing touches a few weeks ago, hopefully making
it better.

Soon I will have a number of prints available for sale, in sizes 8x10, 11x14,
and 16x20.  I've been selling them at Art Shows and Conventions, but I'm
planning to rig up a way of selling them online soon.

The very last handful of copies of The CoffinRust Conspectus are currently up
- these books are out of print and will never again be available.  So click
HERE
to buy your copy.

1.25.09

I'm starting the updates to CoffinRust.com, so some things may look or act
funny for awhile.  Be patient.

1.22.09

So the website has been severely neglected over the past several months,
for which I apologize.  I have been busy, though, which is a good thing.  But,
I wanted to come on and make a few announcements:

For one thing, CoffinRust.com will be getting a pretty big overhaul soon.
Mostly aesthetic.  I plan to indulge my love of Minimalism with this, and that
means trimming a bunch of stuff ranging from Gallery images, whole pages in
the Biography section, and the entire Links page.  I realize that last one may
earn me an official Asshole Badge.  But in my opinion, with the popularity of
MySpace and Facebook, Links pages on personal websites like this one just
don't do much for promoting others.  Sure, Links pages on bigger websites do
wonders and are extremely helpful, but smaller websites like this one should,
in my opinion, focus purely on the subject at hand.

Also, the Art Shows for this year are already lining up.  There is the BITE ME,
VALENTINE Art Show in Iowa, presented by SATANIMALS.  Potential Art Shows
include CoastCon in Biloxi, Mississippi, MobiCon in Mobile, Alabama, and of
course, DragonCon in Atlanta, Georgia.  Stay tuned for updates.

And lastly, be sure to check out the CoffinRust eBay Auctions for the last
handful of copies of THE COFFINRUST CONSPECTUS, and CoffinRust.com
T-Shirts!
